Building a startup is not a job - There is no boss you should address. You are your own boss, rather for something to happen. A guidance to appear is still a master and slave or student pattern some where. What makes you itch? The ability to scratch it yourself or stay itchy? Can't sleep. If measuring, the greatest measurement comes with competition. Is your diet working? Are you exercising? Can you handle it? Go to the point rather circling around it.
